Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love every piece you order from Lino! If for any reason you need to exchange a product, you can do so within 48 hours of delivery, as long as it’s still in its original condition. 

Exchanges are possible for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or SKU
  • Manufacturing defects

To request an exchange, please email info@linoretail.com with your order number and the reason for exchange. Once the product is received at our warehouse, our customer care team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • All shipping and handling costs for exchanges are paid by the customer.
  • We do our best to match colours exactly as shown in our pictures, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or fabric dye.

Order Cancellations
All Lino products are made-to-order, so unfortunately we do not accept order cancellations.
