1. When will I receive my order?
Each Lino product is made-to-order, so we don’t mass-produce and create zero waste. Once a sales advisor sends your order confirmation, your order will be dispatched within 10–12 working days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes up to 3 business days within Pakistan.
2. Can I cancel an order after I have made the payment?
All Lino products are custom-made just for you, so unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations after order confirmation
3. Can I change my order after I have made the payment?
You can contact our customer care team before your order is confirmed. Each product is made-to-order, so once the order is confirmed, changes are not possible.
4. Is there an exchange or refund policy
Yes! You can exchange a product within 48 hours of delivery, as long as it is still in its original condition. Exchanges are allowed for incorrect size, colour, SKU, or manufacturing defects. All shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer. Unfortunately, refunds are not available as all products are custom-made.
5. Why does it take longer for Lino products to ship?
Every product is hand-stitched and made-to-order to ensure zero waste, high quality, and perfect fit. This process takes a little extra time, but it’s worth it to get something made just for you.
6. What is the shipping cost?
Nationwide delivery is PKR 350/-.
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. Each product is made specifically for you, so we only offer bank transfer or online payment. This helps us minimize waste and ensure your custom-made items are never wasted.
